Il restait de la sauce bolognaise du midi, et je l&rsquo;ai regard\u00e9e, je me suis dit \u00ab\u00a0c&rsquo;est con de la jeter\u00a0\u00bb, mais en m\u00eame temps, il n&rsquo;en restait pas assez pour deux. Alors, comment \u00ab\u00a0recylcer\u00a0\u00bb un fond de bolo? Eh bien j&rsquo;ai fait des pizza toasts! J&rsquo;ai \u00e9tal\u00e9 la bolo sur des tranches de pain toast (paie de mie), j&rsquo;ai parsem\u00e9 de roquette et de fromage rap\u00e9, j&rsquo;ai mis le tout 10 min \u00e0 200\u00b0C et hop, le tour est jou\u00e9!
